The composite material separation device "IMPACT BLOWER," used for tile carpets and automotive interior materials, is a material separation device that collects scraps of composite materials such as carpets and automotive interior materials and separates them into fibers and resins. It features a system where the decomposed composite materials are separated and individually collected inside an air circulation duct based on specific gravity differences within the casing of a high-pressure fan, ensuring reliable separation and collection. Additionally, the separated and collected materials can not only be recycled but, depending on the situation, can also be turned into valuable resources as recyclable waste.
